The objective of the School of Business is to provide students with the appropriate knowledge, skills, and problem-solving abilities for the successful management of business organizations, non-profit organizations and financial organizations.

The Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies (AALS) provides the learner who has not defined their career goal with an opportunity to explore and build an academic foundation in liberal arts and general studies.

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is designed to educate undergraduate learners in business administration providing an introduction to management, accounting, marketing, finance, international business, and information technology. Learners may select a concentration in Management, Financial Management, Human Resources Management, International Business, or Health Care Management. Or, the learner may select a general array of business electives giving them a broad based business education.

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program provides a broad view of organizational performance from the general management perspective. It offers an innovative curriculum to develop skills needed for effective leadership and management. Learners may select a concentration in Management, Accounting and Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Theater Production Management or International Business. Or, the learner may design a program that is based on prior education and work experience, career goals and individual needs.

The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program transforms mature learners into leaders. Doctoral candidates learn the most advanced decision-making techniques, while also developing the research and writing skills that accompany high-level responsibility in the academic and business environments. Business executives must be able to perform in a dynamic environment where market expansion is global, where competition presents ever changing decision making frames, and change is the norm. Excellence in leadership, strategic management, and organizational change management are essential to develop effective corporate executives and hence organizational viability.
