Apply legal and ethical behavior as it relates to the practice of psychology. Conduct appropriate research in psychology and interpret and apply the results of that research. Evaluate and incorporate emerging relevant technologies applicable to the profession. Advance the body of knowledge and practice in the profession. Admission to the PsyD program requires a Master's degree or its equivalent in the field of study or related field from an appropriately accredited institution. The PsyD requires a total of 60 graduate semester credits beyond the Master's degree.

The PsyD degree requires a total of 60 graduate semester credits completed in the field of study beyond the Master's degree: Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (B) or higher. Official Bachelor's and Master's transcripts on file with the University. All financial obligations with the University are satisfied. The program of study must be completed in no less than two years nor more than ten years from the initial date of enrollment.
