CalSouthern welcomes learners from around the world who desire an outstanding American education. You can earn an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree from an American university without ever leaving your home country!
English is required. Since you will be working with American faculty, you must be able to communicate effectively in written English. All applicants whose primary language is not English must submit proof of English proficiency. Applicants who cannot document English proficiency must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Official test scores must be sent directly from the testing agency to CalSouthern Admissions. The TOEFL can be scheduled by contacting an agency that handles TOEFL in your home county. Our TOEFL code number is 8869.
Testing information can also be found on the TOEFL website.

Credential Evaluation
Applicants submitting diplomas, degrees, and course transcripts from non-U.S. institutions will have their academic credentials evaluated. This evaluation determines if their education meets the admission requirements for CalSouthern and if any credits are eligible for transfer.
To expedite the admissions process, all applicants with degrees earned outside the United States must have their academic credentials evaluated by an authorized agency.
