I come to CalSouthern from the private university discipline. The concept of mentor style teaching appeals to me after years of "talking Head in front of a classroom"efforts. The concentration of activity on the students that actually need help instead of only the bright or trouble students is a welcome change. These changes had to happen to rescue California educational systems. A new experience with high expectations. Let the efforts begin.
