    Dean

    Teresa Crosier, EDD, MBA , SHRM – SCP

    Dean of the School of Business, Dr. Teresa Crosier oversees curriculum strategies and new course development for undergraduate and graduate business programs. Driven and resourceful, she develops plans to enhance the student learning experience and increase business acumen for the workplace, integrating cutting-edge tools.

    Teresa’s 25-year career in higher education includes roles as Campus President for Keiser University, Campus President for Kaplan University and Director of MBA Programs at St. Ambrose University in Iowa.

    Teresa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Food and Nutrition at the University of Iowa , and earned her MBA at St. Ambrose University. She completed her doctoral studies in Educational Technology at University of Phoenix, her dissertation focuses on the assessment of complex computer simulations in MBA courses and the role that instructional technology plays in providing effective learning experiences. A believer in continuous improvement, Teresa’s scholarship includes work for KJWW Engineering in employee development and a variety of presentations in the areas of sales, marketing and instructional technology.

    Department Chair

    Dr. Mark K. Young, Psy. D. I/O, MBA, BBA

    Dr. Mark Young leads and supports specific academic and administrative initiatives and curriculum enhancements to support the Mentor and Learner experience as the Program Chair for the School of Business and Management at California Southern University.

    Dr. Young’s 19-year career in higher education includes roles as Program Chair, Department Chair, Full Time Faculty, Corporate Liaison, Director of Corporate Partnerships, and Divisional Vice President for Academic Partnerships.

    Dr. Young earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Averett University in Danville, VA. A Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management at the University of Phoenix, and a Doctor of Psychology, in Organizational Leadership from the University of the Rockies. His dissertation focuses on unethical behaviors in the commission sales work environment. Current research interests include unethical leadership and decision-making, and why Leadership in organizations behave unethically and commit crimes.
