Your Education is 10 Quick Steps Away
An accessible education begins with a simple enrollment process that isn’t delayed by entrance exams, rigid semester schedules or closed courses. You can begin your application online immediately knowing that our dedicated and professional Admissions Representatives are always available to walk you through the process and answer any questions you might have.
Here’s how the CalSouthern enrollment process works:
Your completed application and transcripts will be evaluated after submission. If you meet the requirements for admission, you will receive a notice of acceptance via email and a personalized letter of acceptance from your dean.
2. Submit Your Transcripts
Undergraduate program applicants must submit their high school transcripts (or complete and sign an attestation form confirming your high school graduation) and transcripts of any completed collegiate courses.
Graduate program applicants should submit their undergraduate degree transcripts and any additional college courses completed.
Your official transcripts must be sent directly by mail, in a sealed envelope, to CalSouthern for review from the registrar of your prior colleges or universities.
7. Review Your Degree Plan
Once accepted, you will be able to review your degree plan, which lists the courses required to complete your chosen academic program. You will also review a performance fact sheet, which provides university graduation rates and other important data.
3. Government-Issued ID
To ensure academic integrity, we require a copy of a government-issued ID. Just scan and upload a copy of your driver’s license, passport, government employee card, or official government ID card online.
8. Choose a Payment Option
We offer several interest-free tuition payment options to choose from. You’ll have the freedom to select the option that’s best suited for your personal financial circumstances.
4. Personal Statement (Graduate programs only)
Applicants to graduate programs must submit a short personal statement. This helps ensure you are positioned for success and that the program is a good fit for you.
9. Sign Your Enrollment Agreement
Your enrollment agreement clearly outlines the number of credits required to complete your program, any transfer credits accepted, the total cost of your program, the tuition refund policy, and other important information. You will also make your first tuition payment at this time.
5. Pay Your Application Fee
CalSouthern’s application fee is just $75 and you can pay in a variety of ways including online, by phone, by check or by wire transfer. Questions can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org or 1.800.477.2254 ext. 4246.
10. Start Your Academic Program!
At this point, you’ll be contacted by your Academic Advisor to ensure you are ready to begin. They will confirm the start date for your first course and walk you through a quick but thorough orientation process. You’ll be prepared with all the information you need to get started.
