- • Transferability of Credits – You will receive the maximum number of credits earned when transferring credits into Calsouthern. If you have previous credit from other accredited institutions, we will evaluate them for full credit transferability. You’ll be able to easily transfer credits from other accredited schools, as well as receive the maximum number of credits from your previous Marine Corps training and experience. All Marine education programs taken will also be evaluated for full credit including: Meritorious Commissioning Program (MCP), Excelsior College Exams (ECE) and DANTES Subject Standardized Tests (DSST).
- • One-on-One Faculty-Learner Contact – We provide a one-to-one faculty-to-Learner ratio. You will be assigned a professional Faculty Mentor that will assist you with your coursework. Our number-one goal is to guide you to the successful completion of your program, and our Faculty Mentors are here to give you their undivided attention as they mentor and inspire you to reach your goals.
- • No Standardized or Other Entrance Exams – CalSouthern does not require entrance exams for admission. We never require SAT, GMAT, GRE or, LSAT exam scores. As a member of the military, we waive all of your credit evaluation and application fees.

CalSouthern Marine Education Credit Transfer Policy
Have you earned any credits from another accredited university while in the Marine Corps? Have you earned other Marine education program credits while serving on active duty? Based on the type of credits, we may accept up to 90 credits for transfer into CalSouthern. You can apply credits earned through the assessment of prior college-level learning as well as from national testing programs.
