The faculty mentors in CalSouthern’s School of Business are experienced business professionals as well as dedicated, responsive and highly credentialed educators.

They will be there for you—via phone, email or Skype—to answer any questions you may have and to help you master the course material. And, equally important, they will help you take the concepts you learn and apply them to resolve challenges commonly faced in today’s increasingly complex and globalized business world, using the latest best practices.

Bio

Ronald Monard, Esq. is an attorney with a transactional practice in business law and estate planning which serves the Southern California area. Concurrently, he is an instructor at Northcentral University, Webster University, and Ivy Bridge College where he has created and designed the curriculum for many of the business, criminal justice and homeland security courses which he teaches. His academic interests include active-shooter incidents and legal issues pertaining to homeland security such as constitutional arguments regarding privacy and search and seizure. He is also interested in tort liability in negligence and its relation to risk management and terrorism.

Mr. Monard’s professional accomplishments include graduating in 2012 from the FBI’s Citizen Academy, membership in the FBI-sponsored InfraGard program, and active membership in the Orange County Sheriff Department’s Private Sector Terrorism Response Group.
