The objectives of the Bachelor of Business Administration program are to:
- To provide business learners with thorough knowledge, practical skills and the techniques of business necessary to understand and function effectively in a modern business organization.
- To improve the learners decision making skills by providing an understanding of theory and application related to business operations.
- To provide learners with the information technology skills necessary to apply software for decision support systems and the use of this technology to gather and analyze data.
- To encourage learners to apply qualitative and quantitative analytical skills in business decision making.
- To provide learners with a clear understanding of professional ethics and other behavioral concerns that managers’ face in the workplace.
- To enable learners to integrate formal academic learning with personal experiences so that learning is meaningful, personalized and relates to ones professional and practical needs.
- To provide learners with an understanding of the fundamentals of financial reporting in order to analyze financial information.
- To emphasize the use of standard written and spoken American English, including accuracy in spelling, grammar and punctuation, when communicating with various audiences.

Admission into the Bachelor degree program requires a high school diploma or a GED, or successful completion of approved postsecondary work, which demonstrates the reasonable expectation that the applicant is qualified to complete the program.

Admission into the Bachelor degree program requires a high school diploma or a GED, or successful completion of approved postsecondary work, which demonstrates the reasonable expectation that the applicant is qualified to complete the program.
The Bachelor degree requires a total of 120 semester credits.
The University may accept a maximum of 90 semester credits in transfer toward the Bachelor degree for course work completed at an appropriately accredited institution. In addition, credit earned on national examinations such as CLEP, or in military schooling may be accepted in transfer. Credit earned in undergraduate courses for which a grade of “C” or higher was earned will be considered for transfer. In order to evaluate prior work, the University must have official transcripts of college work, official transcripts of CLEP results, and a certified copy of the DD-214 for military schooling or 5454R Evaluation of Military Training.
The Bachelor’s degree requires a total of 120 semester credits and satisfaction of the following criteria:
- A minimum of 30 semester credits completed through the University.
- A minimum of 30 semester credits in general education with two courses in Humanities, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Mathematics, plus English Composition I, English Composition II.
