Rita Melnyk, JD

Areas of Interest and Expertise
Immigration law
Rita Melnyk has over ten years of experience as an attorney for the Department of Homeland Security, formerly the Immigration and Nationality Service. She is currently counsel in the law firm of USAsia Law Group. She finds immigration to be a very interesting and intellectually challenging area of law. She received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver School of Law in Denver, Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Hiram College in Hiram, Ohio.
