A common misconception about online learning is that it is impersonal, that learners are on their own. At CalSouthern, that could not be further from the truth. Faculty mentors get to know their students and provide one-on-one, personalized feedback on their assignments. Chuck Bajaj, MBA

Healthcare services, financial analysis, operations management
Chuck Bajaj is a managing partner at a diversified consulting firm, Infinergy Group, a position he has held since 2010. This firm specializes in healthcare (supporting sole practitioners and multi-physician groups) and real estate consulting services (from acquisition to disposition). Prior to this, he was director of development and operations at SOAProjects, Inc. Bajaj has also served as director of center operations for InSight Health Services, where he managed multiple diagnostic imaging centers and was responsible for both financial and operational successes from 2004 to 2007.
Bajaj has also held various financial positions: regional finance manager at Alliance Healthcare Services, senior financial analyst at the Walt Disney Company (where he was on the grand opening team of the California Adventure theme park), and senior financial analyst with Raytheon Systems Company where he worked on Department of Defense contracts and in the company’s overseas operations. He lives with his wife and young son in Southern California.
