Edward Wirth Jr., PhD
Areas of Interest and Expertise
Dr. Edward Wirth is passionate about marketing, both academically and professionally. His professional career includes 30 years with AT&T/Lucent Technologies, turnaround evaluations and management (based on his core competence of corporate proctology), and association with three high-tech startups (in CEO, vice president and director roles).
Since 1995, he has been president of EDW Consulting, providing leadership or consulting support in the following areas: change management, merger and acquisition studies, strategic planning in a start-up environment, turnaround management, sales, and regulatory matters.
He is also the director of marketing and sales for Power Service Concepts. Dr. Wirth also has taught for virtually his entire career, focusing primarily on marketing, business policy, and organizational theory at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
