Dr. Shah received his doctorate degree in engineering from University of Southern California and MBA from University of California, Irvine. He has been teaching for over 15 years in Business, General Education and Information Technology programs at various Universities. He has also worked in the industry both in manufacturing and software at various capacities for over 20 years. He has a keen research interest in the field of business process improvements, global marketing, IT strategy, IT Project Management and operational effectiveness.

He is passionate about traveling to various parts of the World. He also enjoys reading personal development, spiritual and management books in his spare time. He lives in Southern California with his wife and two children.
