The same tuition refund policy applies to a learner who is dismissed or whose enrollment is otherwise terminated by the University. The date of the dismissal or termination will impact the refund policy in the same way as does the date of the cancellation and withdrawal.

IMPORTANT : The learner is responsible for notifying the University of cancellation or withdrawal in writing via mail, fax, message system or e-mail.

Learners who wish to withdraw from their program of study should send a written notice to:

The Registrar
California Southern University
930 Roosevelt Irvine, CA 92620

The e-mail address is: [email protected]. The notice of cancellation and withdrawal is effective when delivered, postmarked, or e-mailed. The University will pay any refund due under the terms of the policy within 30 days of the written cancellation and withdrawal. The learner is responsible for paying any amount due the University as a result of an underpayment.
