Throughout her professional career, Dr. Carter has acquired more than 25 years of managerial and executive experience in Operations and Training, leading teams and overseeing employee development as well as specializing in diversity, inclusion, and culture change for such companies as Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, Sears Credit, HSBC Auto Finance, and CBS Academy

Her work has taken her worldwide to include Spain, Italy, Australia, the Philippines, India, Indonesia, Canada, and Mexico, contributing to Dr. Carter’s love of teaching and development.

She is currently the Sr. Vice President for Center for Business School of Lawutions where she oversees client relations, conducts training for leaders in many different types of companies as ensures the training and development of her staff. Dr. Carter is also an Author, Motivational Speaker, and Mentor. She contributes to various literary and business journals and speaks at empowerment seminars. She also volunteers her time serving in different ministries at her church.
