The Single Course Option at CalSouthern’s School of Law
The CalSouthern School of Law gives every prospective student the option of enrolling in any of the rigorous, yet fascinating, online courses that comprise its constantly updated curriculum, all without committing to a degree program.
Whether you’re a business person looking to develop specialized knowledge and skills in the areas of contract law, business associations or intellectual property, or an individual with a personal interest in constitutional law, immigration law or criminal procedure, you can enroll in courses of interest to you even if you don’t want to pursue your degree. Or maybe you are interested in a Master of Science in Law or Juris Doctor, but want to first get a feel for what online higher education is about at CalSouthern.
You’ll learn from the same faculty professors—gifted educators who are also practicing attorneys—and given the same amount of personalized guidance and support as any student in a degree program.
It’s this collegial and supportive environment—as well as its superb curriculum—that sets CalSouthern apart, and we want you to experience it for yourself.
We recommend that you consult with an enrollment advisor to discuss your educational goals so that—if you decide you would like to continue your studies at CalSouthern—the credits you earn can be applied to a degree program. You’ll also want to check to see if any prerequisite courses are required.
Our online courses begin on the first of every month, so you can start right away!
NOTE: Per the rules and requirements of the California Committee of Bar Examiners, law courses from the Juris Doctor program taken individually as single-subject courses will not then be transferrable into the Juris Doctor degree program and will have to be repeated as part of the degree program.
