Dr. Irene M. Bravo, Ph.D.
School of Behavioral Sciences
Dr. Irene M. Bravo is a full-time faculty mentor at California Southern University’s School of Behavioral Sciences. She earned her Doctoral Degree from Florida International University, and she is a licensed psychologist in the State of Florida. Dr. Bravo has over 30 years of experience as a faculty member. She provides psychological services to children, couples and adults in Miami, Florida.
Before joining California Southern University, Dr. Bravo was the Dean of Academic Affairs and Director of the Ph.D. Program in Human Services at Albizu University Miami Campus, until retirement. She is an author of chapters and peer-reviewed articles in psychology.
Dr. Bravo enjoys tremendously the company of her three children and eight grandchildren. She has traveled extensively with her family and enjoys classical music and reading. She is a member of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, dedicated to serve the poor.
