How to Transfer College Credits
CalSouthern Welcomes Transfer Credits
Have you completed courses at other universities, community colleges or vocational schools without completing your degree? At CalSouthern, we understand responsibilities and obligations can sidetrack your education – and we welcome your eligible transfer credits. CalSouthern can get you back on track. Our Evaluations team is here for you, and we’ll work hard to allocate and assign eligible transfer credits to your degree program. Transfer credit is evaluated on an individual basis. Not all credits are eligible to transfer. See the University Catalog for transfer credit policies.
Transfer Credit Guidelines
Evaluation of Official Transcripts
Official transcripts must be sent directly to the CalSouthern Office of the Registrar from your previously attended institutions.
Evaluation of Official Transcripts
CalSouthern will evaluate the appropriateness and applicability of credit earned at other accredited or approved institutions. Coursework eligible for transfer must be relevant to the program, equal in unit value, and successfully completed with a “C” or better for undergraduate programs or a “B” or better for graduate programs.*
Already attended CalSouthern?
CalSouthern is institutionally accredited – making our courses and degrees readily accepted in transfer to other colleges and universities. However, acceptance is always at the discretion of the receiving institution. Check with the registrar’s office of the institution to which you intend to transfer CalSouthern academic credits or degrees.
