Dr. John Lofton, Ph.D.

Dr. Lofton is a 30-year Air Force veteran where he was a senior leader providing logistics and nuclear support for the nations’ strategic mission. He has acquired executive level experience in operations while leading teams supporting organizations such as the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Pentagon, the Department of Defense Inspector General’s Office, Amazon, and Universities. His military service has taken him around the world to include Germany, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Greece, Bosnia, Iraq, Turkey, Okinawa, Korea, Japan, and Saudi Arabia, which contributed to Dr. Lofton’s admiration for cultural diversity and development. Dr. Lofton has extensive experience in leadership, consulting, teaching, research, conflict resolution, process management, logistics, and organizational management. He has taught in brick and mortar, hybrid, and online environments at various universities across the U.S. Dr. Lofton is also an Author, Motivational Speaker, and Mentor that speaks at different seminars on a regular basis. Additionally, he has completed an Executive Development Program at the University of North Carolina and a Legislative Studies Program with Georgetown University’s Government Affairs Institute.
