Dr. Lilli-Anna Baca, Ph.D.

Dr. Baca is a full-time faculty mentor at California Southern University. She has 10 years of experience in psychology through teaching, counseling, and mentor positions. She is a licensed psychologist in the state of Arkansas and licensed through PSYPACT in 40+ states to facilitate teletherapy. She has worked in various clinical settings such as in university counseling centers, community mental health, group homes, and online platforms. Dr. Baca has experience teaching an array of psychology courses and in course design. She spent time in the role of Head of Psychological Testing conducting mental health diagnostic testing and has worked with those wanting to manage ADHD/executive functioning deficits by utilizing coping skills, time management, and self-care.

Dr. Baca enjoys spending time with her family. She is passionate about learning Spanish and visiting Panama with her family when they can. She enjoys hiking and being outside in the beautiful Natural State of Arkansas.
