The American InterContinental University System (AIUS) is excited to share that the second issue of the AIUS Journal of Research & Scholarship has published! Packed with research and knowledge, the second issue shares ten articles and one book review.

In Dr. Amanda Jandris’ “Letter from the Editor,” she shares, “In their influential work Scholarship Reconsidered, Ernest Boyer urged us to expand our idea of what counts as scholarship, calling attention not just to research for discovery but also to integration, application, and the scholarship of teaching (1990). This issue of the AIUS Journal embodies that expanded vision, bringing together a diverse set of articles that advance knowledge, inform practice, and, importantly, deepen our collective commitment in the American InterContinental University System to teaching and learning.”

About the AIUS Journal

The journal publishes issues twice a year in April and October, and is a free open-access, peer-reviewed journal. The journal allows AIUS faculty and students – and those outside of the AIUS – with the opportunity to be published, along with introducing interested parties to the process of publishing their works.
