Certificate in Sport Psychology (CPSP)
The Certificate in Sport Psychology is designed to provide supplemental education for baccalaureate degreed professionals in sport and other performance-based fields along with other non-mental health graduates as well as to provide an opportunity to develop expertise in the field of sport psychology.
While pursuing the CPSP, learners are exposed to theoretical models in sport psychology, solution-focused skills, and industry-relevant scientific research. This graduate certificate explores ethical, cultural, and professional topics of interest to those who want to work to develop a solid foundation in the field of sport psychology.
This program is not designed to meet the educational requirements for a specific professional license or certification required for employment in an occupation. As such, CalSouthern has made no determination regarding prerequisites for licensure or certification in any state or jurisdiction.
