The paramount objective of the Post-Baccalaureate Certificate Program in Strategic Leadership (CBSL) is to expand the learner’s knowledge and skill set in these areas of business acumen, communications, and human behavior. The certificate program accomplishes this objective with seven specialized courses designed to build strategic leadership skills that focus on executive decision making, critical thinking, conflict resolution, cultural communications, social responsibility and stewardship, and human relations skills.
