Heidi Linn Smith, EDD
Dr. Heidi Linn Smith has 25 years of experience in higher education administration in a wide variety of areas including University Honors, Study Abroad, Graduate Student Services, Freshman Success, and Student Account Services. As an administrator she has successfully launched and developed several professional practice graduate degree programs in the field of education at both traditional and online institutions.
Dr. Smith holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Community College/Higher Education Leadership from California State University Long Beach, and a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from San Diego State University.
Her research interests include access, retention, and persistence of underrepresented college students; financial literacy of college students; and professional development of student affairs personnel.
