In fact, our online learning methodology is so flexible, many of CalSouthern's military students have continued to progress toward their degrees while deployed overseas.

We also understand the challenges of advancing within the military or re-entering an increasingly competitive job market. Accordingly, the academic administration in the schools of business, criminal justice and law enforcement, psychology, law, education and nursing are constantly updating and refining CalSouthern’s degree programs to make sure the education you receive is aligned with the current markets, industry trends and the always-changing needs of the military.

Finally, we understand that military students face unique issues and challenges. That’s why we provide you with a dedicated support team led by a specially trained military advisor who will work with you every step of the way along your academic journey to provide you with all of the personalized guidance and support you need to succeed.

CalSouthern offers tuition adjustment to military service members, military spouses and veterans. CalSouthern also accepts GI Bill® and other education benefits offered by the Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as MyCAA benefits for spouses.

CalSouthern has been named a military-friendly school by multiple national publications and is a DANTES-affiliated institution (DANTES is a Department of Defense organization created to help service members pursue their educational goals through non-traditional education).

Veterans/Military with verified documentation required as part of the application process.
Spouse of veterans.

  • $75.00 application fee required
  • 15% tuition rate adjustment on appropriate or applicable tuition rate for those that qualify.
